This development proposal consists of two phases. Phase 1 consists of two 29 storey condominium towers. The West Tower (92.1 metres) will be for independent living and the East Tower (88.75 metres) will be for seniors residences (intended to be a rental tower). Phase 2 will consist of 17 townhomes and two 10 storey (36.1 metres) buildings. There will be a total of 797 proposed dwelling units of which 780 are condo/rental units and 17 are 3 storey (10.5 metres) townhouses. 75 will be studio units, 489 will be one bedroom units, 214 will be two bedroom units and 19 will be three bedroom or townhouse units. The two 29 storey towers will front Sheppard Avenue while the townhomes will front Cherry Blossom Drive. Total gross floor area of this proposed development is 73,235 square metres. There will be 564 proposed vehicle parking spaces for both towers, 174 for the mid-rise buildings and 17 for the townhomes located in the four levels of underground parking. There will also be 243 proposed bicycle parking spaces for both towers, 77 for the mid-rise buildings and 17 for the townhomes. There will be two loading docks.
